When you are dead, who is going to answer all our inane questions?

Is it true you were in a band in college called 'increasingly enlightened Huns'?

Was Jefferson a better founding father or president?

My plan is to get them all answered before then.

No, that was skrable. I was in the Invertebrates, but the critics said we had a spineless sound.

His administration was a mixture of achievement (Louisiana) and failure (embargo was a disaster)...but his founding father record is flawless. He wrote the declaration which eloquently told the monarchy where to stick it, and 200 plus years later it is still regarded as the most celebrated document ever produced in America. The ideas laid out in the "these truths" part served as the intellectual foundation for our Bill of Rights.

GS.. This thing says I'm a Rookie Member.. ahem... Yes, well, while I have been away for a while, I first posted on Fanhome around April 2000, and while I was never a guru or a legend or a Jedi or anything like that, I did post a lot of stuff on here. My question is - Is all that stuff lost forever?

The Increasingly Enlightened Huns wasn't a college band. We were a "musical performance artist communal experience." I've got the tie-dye shirts to prove it.

Which leads to my question: I've noticed that over the past decade bright collors have faded from view. Everything from bathing suits to automobiles to sports uniforms has either gone to the faded blue/gray look, or to solid, but muted primal colors. This obviously reflects our national sense of seriousness and fear. So, what I want to know is, Why do we need toenails?

One of my most inspirational (and probably imaginary) high school teachers once imparted this gem: "It takes a deeper intellect to ask a question, than to answer it". Do you have any questions you would like to ask us, your readers, in order to exhibit your depth of intellect?

In other words, if you were not Grandstander, what would you ask Grandstander?

What was the best and worst thing to come out of the '60s counter culture movement?

Afraid so. Now if you had been a guru, a legend or a Jedi, some of your writings would have been preserved. Even more would have been saved if you had been a swami, a commodore or a czar, and of course it all would have been kept had you been a swamp warden or a drillmaster.

That was a design flaw. The creator naturally wanted us all to have fingernails, but by a bureaucratic foul up, twice as much nail material was ordered as was actually needed. With all the surplus nail matter on hand, the creator had to decide whether to give us all two large knee or elbow nails each, or split the material up into smaller pieces and give us ten toenails each.

If I wasn't me and I could ask me something, I'd ask "Hey, Grandstander, how come you don't put that jtur guy on the ignore list?"

The best thing was a suspicion of all traditional authority figures. The worst was a groundless respect for things spiritual as long as those spiritual things came from any source other than traditional ones.

Other than Dom, have any of your regulars been in a turd-flinging fight? How did they do(do)?
