It's been cold for Houston, although that's not very cold compared to the rest of the country or even compared to north Texas. 30s here today and raining.

Well I live in Canada so the regular stereo typical American would say it's freezing in Canada where we live in Igloos and Ride dog sled's as a mode of transportation.

It's actually a fairly warm winter this year. I've had to rebuild my Igloo twice already.

It's gotten even worse. We had high of 46 today. Now it is freezing cold, snowing and windy.

The temperature in middle Missouri went from 68 around 1:00PM to 25 by 2:15PM with heavy snow. I was caught at class with no jacket and shorts. I've never been so caught off guard by the weather in my life.

The weather is NE Ohio had been fairly cold a week ago (I think) when it was in the teens and 20s, but it is back up to lows of high 20s and highs in the upper 30s and low 40s.
I really don't get too cold these days. As I've gotten older, I've learned to dress appropriately for the weather. I normally layer my clothes (which I believe most people know to do), but when it is really cold I try not to wear cotton (unless it is the outer layer), and I try to wear my polyester, and synthetics to keep the sweat off me (if I sweat) and to trap my body heat around me.
