Dempsey and Bocanerga continue to play well, unfornately they are still on Fulham.

30 minutes in and Fulham has only gotten a few shots off and their porous defense is allowing Arsenal to have short quick passes inside the attacking area.

Adebayor had a beautiful header at the 19' mark, well placed and won versus two defenders on a well placed cross.

Notable to me is that the Arsenal attack is typically coming up their left side away from Bocanerga.

And yes, I'm a bit a fan of the Americans, but why else would I get up at 7AM to watch a team as bad as Fulham?

This team looks uninspired and overly conservative, even for the Premiership. The only hope for Fulham USA is that they win the relegation round or they are going down and losing tens of millions of dollars, then likely forced to sell off some of their talent, which in their case is very American.

The Americans played ok, which makes me happy and excited for the national team's future. Overall Fulham I came away with the impression that Fulham will be going down.

I watched this one, too (was on right before Bolton ), and I can't believe Fulham would throw Clint Dempsey up front by himself and expect that to be effective against Arsenal. I can understand wanting to play defensively against the Gunners, but they should still have maintained the 4-4-2...

I do agree with you, though, the Americans played alright, even with Fulham seemingly on their way out of the Prem (which holds good for the MLS, you can only imagine).
