The Edmonton Oilders Sign Joni Pikanen For 1 Year For $2.4 Million!!!

I think the Oilers are going in the right direction with this signing and trade. Joni Pitkanen has some serious potential and was just wasting away in Philly, here he comes to some seriously good coaching. Huddy, Lowe, MacT and the boys are going to show this kid how to really move a puck. Him along with Souray should be able to steady this defense thats already up and coming.

Yea I Think Its A Good Sign By Oilers That Would Be Good If It Payed Off Tho!!!

Both Souray and Pitkanen suck on defense. all they are, is players who can shoot and move the puck on offense. both have terrible minus ratings.

I am going to miss souray on Montreal though.
