Damien Nash dies

Tragedy struck the Broncos for the second time in less than two months Saturday when backup running back Damien Nash collapsed and died after a charity basketball game in St. Louis, his agent, David Canter, said Saturday night.

Nash was 24. Cause of death was not immediately known.

I obviously don't mean to sound insincere or rude when I say this...but this kind of thing happening to one team is unbelievable.

It sucks that people who genuinely try to make a difference (in this case helping to raise money for heart transplant research) have to die and be it so young.

Just more bad mojo for this team. This offseason has been brutal on the organization. The only team that has fared nearly as worse is that gang of thugs in Cincinnati.

It' so weird that you remember this guy playing and then before you know it theyre dead. Oh well.

As a Broncos fan and an ex-Coloradian I can say RIP Nash.
