Definetly would be a good move, Patrick is one of my favorite defensive players. He would diffenetly provide a boost to a defense that play inconsistant at times last season.

Not likely, the Broncos have very little cap room (~6 million) with Plummer still on the roster and Kerney is gong to be int 7+ million/year range and a huge bonus.

Yeah it's unlikely that they will get Kerney. IF they do then they really need to drop Jake the Snake. Kerney could be a huge threat for the already outstanding D.
However, if I was the Broncos I'd pursue weapons for the young Jay Cutler. I mean, they already have a great D. They need people to help out Jay Cutler. I think Jevon and Rod Smith are 2 very good recievers. I think that they need a Runningback for plummer. One that could actually be very dangerous and a threat whenever he gets the ball.
