I had no idea that all this stuff was here, it seems rather childish, the stuff of gold stars and dunce caps.

However, it is here and just now, by diapproving of Rapier's first post, I turned his box from purple to red.

The system is such that one poster may only inflict one hit upon another poster, so no individual can do much damage to another. To have an impact, we need a lynch mob mentality where numerous posters all gang up on one to destroy his or her reputation.

I'm curious about the next steps down the ladder, and since Rapier is already wallowing in the danger colors, let's make him the experiment subject. Dispprove of his post and let's see what happens to his box color.

I just gave Rapier a negative comment, but the number of red boxes stayed the same.

Also, I was required to add a comment, but I am unable to guess or divine by trial and error where to go to see the negative comments.

I think instead of subtracting reputation points, it should subtract posts.

Just to test the system, I added points to GS and SB and took them away from Jtur and Bedir. I'm sure Bedir will be gald when we get tired of playing with the new toy.

I needed a vaction, and then work changed substantially. I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time. A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
