I'm working on a relationship with two right now.

Basically the idea would be board sponsorship by the blog here on fanhome, a feed of their stories to said board and the RSS feed from a related board on their blog.

Dom, you own the blog we are just using an affiliation system of sponsorship. So you can advertise on your blog if you want.

Also the first sponsor is active in the Seattle Mariners forum

As long as you don't sell out to another group like The Insiders and have jerks take over modding forums I'm cool with it.

We aren't selling out. These sponsorships have no fees at this time.

FanHome still controls FanHome content, the blog controls their content. One site has indicated that they would sponsor if we made one of their guys a moderator. That will not be happening. Moderator decisions will continue to be made based on the individual in question and their behavior on this site.

Glad to hear that. My blood pressure goes up every time I thnk about what happened to the old Fanhome and the Braves site over there.

It's posting under a regular membership? I saw something bloglike posting as JasonAChurchill. But it's not indicating it's an RSS feed as its user title. That's what I would have done. Just in case someone isn't aware it's a feed and tries talking to it.

But JasonAChurchill does post here, and has under all of our previous iterations. If you know him at all its as DiamondGenius.

The blogger will have the option, as some may decide to post here. Oddly, there is a logic to what we do.
