Default Bichette on the HOF Ballot

While I know the chances are better of me winning the powerball then Bichette getting inside the HOF, he to this day remains one of my favorite players to wear a Rockies uniform. Decent hitter, sometimes funny to watch in the Field (if I remember correctly he wasn't half bad in RF though), but he will always be in the hearts of many Rockies fans.

If Dante gets into the hall, I would be very surprised.

He has no shot whatsoever. I would be more than surprised. Words would not describe how I would feel if Bichette got into the Hall of Fame.

Bichette is still young. He's a student of hitting. Don't give up on him yet. He could follow a career path from hitting instructor to manager to HOF

I'd rather watch Dante in a postgame press conference than The Cooler!

(someone had to use that nickname for the first time on this message board.)

Loved Dante's "bat twirl" when he was at the plate. Should vote him in just for that.

(I kid, I kid)

the baseball HOF is a load of crap. jose canseco, an admitted steroid user, is on the ballot and still no pete rose. may as well put dante in.

Dante Bichette was a very great baseball player, and fun to watch with Galarraga and Castilla (correct me if I'm wrong when I say that they were the dynamite trio on the Rockies at one point, perhaps around '95 or so), but he's not a Hall of Fame player in my opinion.

If Bichette gets in, then a lot of people get in. Enough said.
