ARB/ERC Equivalents

HF, I seem to remember in the past you posted not so much a table, but a reference, as to how ARB/ERC translate in minor league... example

.230 ARB is average in AAA etc...

I have been searching all night for that post and can't seem to find it. Can you fill me in on to what these numbers are?

For ABR:
AAA: .227
AA: .209
A+: .195
A: .182
A-: .170 (New York-Penn League, Northwest League)
R: .159 (Appy League, Pioneer League)
R-: .149 (Arizona Summer League, Gulf Coast League)

For ERC:
AAA: 5.41
AA: 6.35
A+: 7.55
A: 9.09
A-: 10.95
R: 13.33
R-: 16.00
