Man I had to pinch myself when I saw that...When I read this morning that Foppa was back, I whistfully thought to myself, man all we need is Footer on D and it might be like old times. Saw that he was a free agent with the Jackets, but they seemed pretty intent on keeping him....So I did not even want to get my hopes up. I about fell out of my chair just now when I saw they had made the deal.
I am not expecting miracles out of Footer or Foppa, I just am so happy that they are both back in Avs jerseys. Even if its only to retire with the team, it will be awesome to see them both on HOME ice. Its a great day for this Avs fan. Now if they would just televise a game over here in Germany I will be in heaven. Avs re-acquire Adam Foote - The Denver Post |

got forberg back and foote for the playoffs they should have a good playoff run!
