One of the many things that caused the Hart era Indians to slip back was the exodus of talent from the front office - when you do a good job putting a front office together and other teams take notice of it, things like that happen.

That might happen to the current Indians regime as well. Its going to be a sign of this organization's ability to compete - not only if they can keep their current players together (or how they choose to deal with that) but also if they can keep or replace their current FO people as well.

As an Indian fan i would hate to lose Antonetti. As a baseball fan i would love to see what he would to to turn the Mariners around.
