CLEVELAND - The only thing Mike Brown likes to change is his glasses.

As for everything else, the Cavaliers' second-year head coach is quite deliberate. That's why his decision seven games ago to shake up his lineup came only after many hours of consideration, film-watching, and consultation with basketball experts inside and outside the organization.

So say nothing for his speed, but thus far, the efficiency of his changes mostly has been positive. Things are not perfect and the lineup may not be done evolving, but things are starting to click. The Cavs have gone 5-2 since the changes and have won three straight games, vaulting themselves back into second position in the Eastern Conference. They had slipped as low as No. 5 after going through a 4-8 skid.
