Cavs looking for an attitude adjustment

After their dreadful performance in a double-overtime home loss to Philadelphia on Wednesday night, one might have expected the Cavs to watch a couple hours of film on Thursday morning and then hit the practice court for a full-fledged workout conducted by an irate coaching staff.

Instead, coach Mike Brown said the team watched a little tape, shot free throws and jump shots and “regenerated,” which means lifted weights. Practice, such as it was, didn’t last much more than an hour before the team flew to Philadelphia for today’s rematch.

Whether that’s the right approach is debatable. On the other hand, no amount of practice time is going to correct the team’s biggest flaw right now — its attitude.
