Post Wesley golden when Cavs in state of need

Quote:
Last Saturday's game at Golden State is the reason why the Cavaliers signed David Wesley last off-season. Wesley's play was key to the Cavs' overtime victory.

Coach Mike Brown needed a boost, and he found one in Wesley, especially on the defensive end late in the fourth quarter. He also nailed a big 3-pointer to early in overtime. Wesley finished with six rebounds, two steals and two assists in 15 minutes.

"I know he's a pro's pro, and I knew he would be ready to go," said Brown of Wesley, who has played sparingly this season. "He defended and knocked down that open shot [in overtime]. David was huge defensively. He was even bigger on the glass."
