Derek Anderson favorite to start at QB

Some Browns have confirmed to the Akron Beacon-Journal that Derek Anderson would probably be their starting quarterback if the "season started today."

It's one of the big stories coming from minicamp season. Anderson's name is surely written in pencil and Charlie Frye has never been known as a great practice player. The first two weeks of training camp should decide the winner. Brady Quinn doesn't have a chance to be the Week 1 starter.

Interesting, very interesting. I presumed Quinn would be the starter, I thought he was NFL ready. Looks like I made a false guess. Frye wasn't too bad last season, it was just that he threw way too many interceptions. Frye was actually a very accurate passer, passing 64%....
