Default Browns Draft

I don't like the idea of drafting a qb and I really don't like Thomas at 3 or4 after seeing him get pushed around in the bowl game. I'm hoping that Peterson falls to us!!

I'm all for trading down unless it means giving up Peterson. But if we can trade down and get maybe Ginn and an real good OL or DB i'd be all for that. 2 starters in round 1 is always better than 1. But if they trade down they can't miss on either pick they get.

Paul i dont want Peterson, atleast not this year. he wont be able to do anything behind our line. i would like to trade down and get a LT and G in the first round, a DL in the 2nd round and a CB in the 3rd

our biggest holes are OL, DL, and CB

we need to fix this before going after anyone else

I don't know...great backs can run behind any line. I don't know if Peterson is a Barry Sanders/LT calibur of back..but if he is the stud that many think he is..you can't pass him up.

problem is with him getting drilled behind the line time after time i'm afraid he will get hurt and we will ruin him

there definately is the Tim Couch factor w/ taking a running back. How would you feel if they snagged up Calvin Johnson?

i wouldnt mind taking Johnson if we were able to get a first round pick for Braylon Edwards

we arnt going to be able to do anything on offense untill we fix the line. everything else should be secondary to this problem

yeah but w/ the 3 or 4 it wouldn't be prudent in this draft. Joe Thomas is not a top 5 OL. He got pushed around alot in his bowl game..I watched it just to see him and he was on his heels alot that game.

I agree we have to build the line but there is no Pace, Ogden, Jones type in this draft. Thomas is much closer to Gallery than those guys.

Paul then we should trade that pick down for someone who wants Johnson. and in the later picks take a couple of O lineman, a D Lineman and a CB in the first day
