Marty Brennamen reported this on the Hot Stove Report two weeks ago,
and it sounded then, like it was imminent. As the days go on, I am not so sure, if he will be signed. Marty did say that Hermanson was throwing better than ever, and he was feeling really good. His velocity was very good, and he was getting stronger every day. If he is signed and makes the club, he will be an excellent addition to the Reds bullpen. He can close, and should also in a couple of months throw 2-3 innings every couple of days.
