Chalk up another tally to the Bengals off-field problems this year.

Too bad, he seemed promising too. The other QB turned WR this year is working out well for the Jets (Brad Smith) as a utility man. I guess McNeal hasn't been as useful to Cincy sitting behind Chad Johnson, TJ, Henry, and Washington.
