Default Will Buehrle get new deal?

Sox's GM doing some cash talking with Vazquez on ChicagoSports.com

Chicago Tribune (scroll down) (registration required): "General manager Ken Williams spoke with popular left-hander Mark Buehrle shortly after Vazquez's deal was finalized and said he would listen to any offers until Opening Day."

CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: White Sox :: Sox, Vazquez strike a deal

Chicago Sun-Times (scroll down): "Before making the deal public, Williams said he met with left- hander Mark Buehrle and let him know how and why the Vazquez deal took place. Buehrle, right fielder Jermaine Dye and second baseman Tadahito Iguchi will become free agents after the season, and the Sox already indicated they will not make offers to the three before they hit the open market."

DAILY SOUTHTOWN :: Sports :: Kenny's fuzzy math

Daily Southtown (scroll down): "The Sox have starters Vazquez, Jon Garland and Jose Contreras signed through at least the 2008 season. The big question: What will happen with popular free-agent-to-be Mark Buehrle."
