With the Charlotte Bobcats struggling through an inconsistent season and an important summer of free agency coming up, the future of Bernie Bickerstaff, the team's general manager and head coach, with the organization is uncertain.

Bickerstaff's power was reduced last spring when Michael Jordan became part owner with the final say on all basketball decisions.

Bickerstaff's plan before Jordan arrived was to coach the team during the lean, early years, then hire a coach and become the full-time GM when the team became more competitive. Now, with Jordan calling the shots, Bickerstaff may not get that chance.

I actually support the firing of him, even though he is a good man. I feel that we have alot of potential talent, but we need to start fresh. On a side note Seattle is also thinking about firing their coach....
