Hey Flames fans, good time to get it going. After the crappy California road trip, tonight's 5-2 win over the Avs have us back on the right track.
Anyway, get in here before we get overrun by Oilers trolls! |

I think they looked at all the injuries the Stars had and thought it was going to be easy. I didn't see the game tonight. Who played on D? Was Warrener out? |

Yeah - Warner played. Unfortunately, so did Zuzyn. His gaff in front of Kipper led to the Star's second goal. It was something you don't usually see from the Flames. Anyway, looks like Zuzyn will sit the next one out - Girodano will be back in the lineup, so the D will be better next game.

Goi played well toinght - It made a diffence.
Good overall effort, and well deserved win. Wow, it amazes me what this team has to do to beat an elite team, with a few major injuries. It just puts in perspective where they are in terms of talent. The Flames are without Iggy, and I thought they played a very solid game. 5 -1 without iggy - wow - I would be happy with that record with Iggy in the lineup. |
