I know that it's different and all, but it looks like they still went to a similar style as its current one.

EDIT: Psh, that's what happens when you click the link from the main forum page and never read the thread title or click the link.

They originally (late 1990's and early thousands) wanted the new park to hold 100K....

I really like the stadium they have now because of the coolest roof ever, but this one just looks amazing. Same style roof, open ends, 60 Yard long TV, and almost every luxury possible.

Absolutely beautiful.

The one thing i dont get is why are they making so many toilets in it? Seriously do you think that 100,000 people are gonna use the bathroom at the same time? There just wasting money on all the bathrooms when they could make the stadium itself better. The Stadium looks like its gonna be great. Its gonna be so great tourists are gonna visit it lol.

Just announced that the Cotton Bowl game will move from the State Fair grounds near downtown Dallas... to Arlington and Jerry World.... starting with the Jan 2nd game in 2010.

Yankee, one of the standard complains in pro sport venus is the number of restroom stalls available to both genders. There have been incidents in stadiums in the past where people were reduced to urinating in sinks because of the need to go and the lines at urinals being ridiculous. I don't know how bad things are at the Cowboys current stadium but it does not hurt to be prepared.

And yes, at half time often the stands empty, that's 15 minutes or so to get at least 50% of people through the stalls.

Well atleast it has a retractable roof. I hate it when of all teams, its always the southern ones with the domed stadium. Hopefully, unlike the Arizona stadium which freaking remained closed during the BCS National CHampionship (and I was in Phoenix that day, the weather was BEAUTIFUL) I hope they open this bad boy up from time to time.

Indianapolis is also getting a retractable roof stadium from what I recall. This thing is closer to a barn than a standard design, I liked it and it seemed appropriate for Indianapolis.

The new stadium for Dallas should be something.

The new stadium for Indianapolis may look like a barn, but it should truly be a sight to see once it opens.

Relocating the Cotton Bowl Classic from downtown Dallas, where it has been for so long, to Arlington is sure going to disappoint hardcore Cotton Bowl fans.
