Lugo with a clutch 2-out hit knocks in a pair of runs to make it 3-0 in the 2nd inning. It's Lugo's first hit since June 14th.

...isn't that sort of a contradiction of terms? I mean, have the Rays REALLY shown up for either game?

I must confess I'm slightly nervous about the weather situation. I live less than 10 miles from Fenway Park, and the skies over my house look rather menacing.

Maybe we should lay down the bats at least until it's an official game.
