Inge hits a homer, into the bullpens, Drew slams his back into the wall, gets up slow but appears ok (probably, hopefully, just got the wind knocked out of him)

I went to the game this afternoon and watched Tavarez toss 7 innings of 1 run baseball from my seats in the outfield grandstand.
Pitching was the story in this game, as neither side pushed across many runs. Ramirez had a clutch 2-out hit in the 1st inning and Youkilis also had a clutch hit to knock in our final run. Okajima and Papelbon were both lights-out in the 8th and 9th. When Okajima barreled out of the Red Sox bullpen, he received a standing ovation. One amusing anecdote - between innings, after Wily Mo Pena replaced Hinske in right, Kyle Snyder walked out onto the field to play catch with Wily Mo. Snyder tossed the ball right at Pena, from a distance of no more than 100 feet; Pena dropped it. Two tosses later, the ball clanged off Pena's glove and rolled behind him about 20 feet. Varitek, who was making his way out to the bullpen, picked up the ball and tossed it to Wily Mo...who then dropped it a second time. At this point, the fans started getting on him. A few guys chanted "We want Gabe! We want Gabe!" Once Pena started catching the ball regularly on the tosses from Snyder, the fans then gave him a mock cheer - one that grew even louder when he caught a fly ball in the 8th.
