Gyroball sightings

I thought it might be fun to track how often players think they get thrown this pitch, and what the coaches/Dice-K say he actually threw them. We'll see how long we keep this up

On march 6, 2 marlins said that Dice-K threw them the gyro (couldnt' find who it was)
from the globe:

Francona said he hadn't heard that some Marlins players claimed Dice-K threw the mythical gyroball Tuesday.

"I didn't see it,'' he said of the pitch. "If they're seeing it, it's probably good.''

Farrell said the pitch was Matsuzaka's changeup, which has some screwball action. Dice-K told Japanese reporters it was his cutter that had them thinking gyro
