Sorry that I missed your thread, AT. I wait until the end of the inning before entering the initial post, so I didn't notice that you posted something between 1pm and the end of the first inning.
Anyway, Papelbon looked terrific. Lowell is hitting well today. I'm not sure how much more of this game I'll monitor. It seems like most of the regulars are out of the game now. I'm also watching the Celtics-Nets. C's trail by 2 about midway through the 3rd quarter. |

yes - he looked great. And don't worry about it
I am still watching it, kind of. pedroia, apparently, has lost a lot of weight since last year - he's much closer ot his playing weight, so hopefully that will help him look comfortable out there. |

Ellsbury and Moss both look pretty good so far in the spring. Does Moss have any chance of making the big club at some point? It seems like Murphy is ahead of him on the depth chart for fifth outfielder, while Ellsbury will be the everyday CF in 2008. If Ellsbury gets off to a great start this year, do you think the Red Sox would consider trading Crisp for a closer? Pena can play CF decently, and maybe a Pena/Ellsbury platoon would be sufficient, if not more productive than Crisp.
