I had a feeling Lugo was gonna be a Red Sox and now you also got Drew so it should be another good season between the Yankees and Red Sox.

well, top SS? He's good, but... he had an OPS of .762 last year. That places him 11th in the majors... below Edgar "underachiever" renteria. Lugo is ok and will help the offense... but he's not a top offensive SS. $9M seems like a lot.

I am thinking that Lugo won't bat 2nd behind Lugo
For what it's worth, i heard terry on EEI talking about teh lineup with Lugo and Drew, and he mentioned this order: Youkilis Lugo Papi Manny Drew Lowell/Tek/Crisp in some order Pedroia So, am guessing Lugo bats 2nd. |
