Over on TVU networks, they have free broadcasts of NHL Games

This is the site to download TVU Player

and if you are wanting just the B's:

http://www.sopcast.org

download the software, and then you can look for channel 13773

Lots of hard work goes into making this happen, but our fellow Bruins fan seems to enjoy helping those who can't get CI or have access to the broadcasts, out.

pretty helpful links. i have CI for now, so its all good.
but i'll be away from home for jan-april so these should come in handy then

Drury77 and bruins04 - thanks for the links!! I'm overseas and haven't been able to watch my beloved Nucks (only listen via nhl.com). TVUNetworks.com and MyP2P.eu are awesome!

I'm using the TVU player ... and want to know (from anyone watching these types of NHL games online) what is the best video quality available? Is TVU the best for streaming video quality, or is there a better player available to view NHL games? I'm only using the Intel graphics card on my laptop, so I'm sure that's a bit limiting (however DivX movies are clear as a bell when I watch them on my laptop).

well i had better quality from Sopcast, but it also really depends on the the broadcaster too, in terms of what quality they upload it.
