Jim Bowden decided to take a chance on dysfunctional and troubled Rays outfielder Elijah Dukes.

The specifics haven't been announced yet but are probably imminent.

Coming back to the rays will be Paul Gibson's son Glenn, per Tampa Bay Online.

Great move by the Nationals.

If Dukes flames, you don't really lose much.

If Dukes turns his life around, not only is it a good PR move, Dukes could be a legit all-star player.
