Teammates, HS to MLB

Ryan Theriot and Mike Fontenot were teammates in High School, and also in the majors. How many times has this happened before? (Not counting brothers). I think Tim McCarver and Phil Gagliano were also teammates in HS and MLB, but I'm not sure.

I think I heard the other night that Cleveland's Ben Francisco and Ryan Garko were teammates on the same high school team.

Apparently, Fontenot and Theriot were not in HS together, only college.
