From player to manager---trivia

How many players played against each other in the World Series, and then, at a later date, managed against each on a World Series? I have found several of them, including the dubious pair of Ralph Houk and Alvin Dark, who were on the World Series roster against each other, but Houk did not play. A casual look has not turned up any World Series teammates who later managed in the WS against each other, but you can try to find one of those, too.
