Default Granny in losing cause

Monday was not a post-season game, so it doesnt count. But who was the last player to hit a Grand Slam in a losing cause in a post-season game?

Don't know if this was the last time, but Jim Thome hit one against the Yankees in the last game of the 98 ALCS. The Indians were down 6-0 or so at the time, and didn't quite come back to win that game.
