Default Will the Ravens have interest in 'Me-Shawn'?

Well...

The Panthers have cut him... he is out on the market... but do we need another veteran WR on this team?? We have Mason.... our 'go to veteran'... we have Clayton getting better and better... we have Darling with a lot of potential (just nothing to show for it)... we drafted Figurs, but that is mainly for returns.... we have the 6'6" Moore, who shows signs then shows disapointment....

I say that yes, we could use Me-Shawn as a 3rd WR... we really do not have a solid 3rd WR... especially one willing to go over the middle.. With Clayton quickly becoming our top WR, then having Mason and Me-Shawn as posession guys who can still occasionally break something big, I don't see where it is a bad thing... Moore can still contribute in Goal line situations, special situational matchups, and 4 WR sets....

Thoughts??

I think the Ravens would be a good fit for Keyshawn Johnson.....Like you said the Ravens already have a veteran is Mason and adding another one is Keyshawn would definetly be helpful. Clayton emerged last season as a big play receiver and I think he will continue to progress.

Last season the Raven never really had that consistant, give me the ball third wideout, and I think Keyshawn could be the man. Demetrius Williams showed flashes of brilliance last season, but he won't be great for a few seasons. Keyshawn is an immediate fix to that core
