New Coaching

Well.. we have our new head coach... There is controversy, but I like the fact that we are not doing the 'recycle a coach' thing... SO glad we did not go with Martyball...

I am unsure what to think about Cameron as OC... I will be curious to see how much of a 'great OC' he is when he has to deal with an Ogden retirement and a lesser stock of offensive talent... is he more like what he did in SD or more like what happened in MIA?

As for DC... I really hope we can somehow bring Ryan back into the mix.... I cannot see anyone else out there who would seem to be better qualified, more familiar with our players, or that is primed for the position..... IMHO he is the best available and among the 10 best DC's in the league right now

Ravens rehire, promote defensive coach Rex Ryan - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

Looks like Rexie is back... and with a promotion to assistant HC as well
