The Orioles announced that they signed veteran RHP Paul Shuey to a minor league contract and an invite to ST.

No reason not to give Shuey a look. After last years bullpen, it won't hurt to check out all of the arms we can.

Veteran is a nice term.... I would say he is closer to joining the AARP than the MLB

He last pitched, what... 3 seasons ago??? He is a washed up has been.... this team should focus on younger and better talent and options

Hey guys if you,ve done your homework this guy was a real good
pitcher with real good stats.He retired & left his hip heal.It wont cost nothing to give him a look.if he still has some hop & movement on his fastball he could be good insurance for the young or the injured. |
