Oriole FanFest April 1st At Camden Yards!

The Orioles have announced that this year's FanFest will be held at Camden Yards on April 1st!

Season ticket holders will be admitted at 10:30 AM for a question and answer session with Mike Flanagan, Jim Duquette and Sam Perlozzo.

All other fans will be admitted starting at 11:30 AM. Fanfest will run until 4:00 PM.

There will be a team workout at 1:00 PM, after the workout the players will move over to stations along the warning track to meet fans and sign autographs.

The concessions will be open throughout the event.

There will be special events for children.

Ticket prices will be $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for children under 14 and seniors over 55.

The Orioles are planning more of these events throughout the season. Dates will be announced.

Sounds like a great PR move to me!

Hey Poppa, are you going to go. I'm thinking about it if the weather lets me. It's 170 miles to OPACY for me each way but if you, RP and some others decide to go, it would be worth the trip for me to see you all.

Bad scheduling! When we bought our tickets to the HUBCAPS Concert, we thought the O's FANFEST was going to be in January but then the O's organization postponed it because of a conflict that weekend with the RAVENS' playoff game and as they say, "the rest is history"!! I think hangtime8 and his better half are going and hope to talk with ADAM.

It sounds like Riley and her dad will get a chance to talk to Loewen again. I think Adam enjoys it as much as you guys!

That's one small problem, RILEY wanted to go to the HUBCAPS Concert with GRANNY and PAW and we bought her a ticket that can't be refunded. She doesn't know about FANFEST and we're not sure what her reaction would be? We took her to a HUBCAPS(50's music) Concert last year and she just loved it. We bought her one of their CD's at intermission and she got to meet the band members and got her CD autographed by each of them.

Riley wins either way! Hangtime will just have to go to fanfest and get some stuff for her. What time is the concert? Too far from OPACY I guess.

HUBCAPS Concert starts before FANFEST ends and they're about 50 miles apart! She's sticking with her first choice and I'm sure MOM and DAD will bring her back something!
