Rookies next year?

Who do you think will be some of the rookie canidates for next year?

I know of only one, Jon Wood in the 21. i cant invision any others really.

Yeah the field looks pretty weak next year; Jon Wood is the only one I heard mentioned too. Maybe Steven Wallace but he really has to pick up the pace. Marcos Ambrose is the top guy in Busch who hasn't been in Cup full-time but he also drives for Wood Brothers Racing. Sam Hornish has an outside chance at getting a ride. I say that because thus far in Busch he hasn't looked that good.

The field could be more exciting in 2009 with Ricky Carmichael, Wheldon, etc.

Forgot about him; maybe if Jr. does set up a Cup team next year he will be a driver to watch out for.

I think Junior will have a cup team at some point. Can he own a cup team and drive for someone else at the same time?
