Jr was penalized 100 championship pts, and Eury was suspended for 6 races due to illegal brackets being on the car for the spoiler, even tho Nascar allowed them to change them prior to the race on Sunday.

Eury was also fined $100,000 and JR has publically said he'd pay the fine for Eury if need be, cuz he doesn't understand why Eury would do something like this intentionally. DEI is appealling the ruling

It was very blatant, and I am surprised it wasn't longer than 6 races.
