The Fish are to us what we usually are to the Mets. We just can't seem to get a handle on that team.

I missed the game and don't even know the score, but in the past we seem to do always better against them at home and lose to them on the road (or is it the other way around?).

Either way - it's bad. We have a reputation for not hitting well against unfamiliar pitchers and with so many new faces on the team - maybe that's the problem. Well, I better go read the box score, before I embarrass myself.

Its official. Unless we have a might turnaround. This teams going nowhere. If the Mets were playing good ball it'd be over.

but, I wouldn't go that far. We definitely need some tweaking, our pitching is not adequate and never will be w/o another dominant, proven SP.

I think the BP is fine, just overworked, although it was superb before we lost MG.

I care, but the loss just added to what had been a supremely awful day. So, blech. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
