Afternoon folks.
"Right Oblique!" just took on a whole new meaning for me. My Marine grandfather used to bark that me when we were trolling for stripers on Lake Lanier. But I have cogitated the reason for all these ST muscle tweeks: GLOBAL WARMING. Work with me here. The melting glacial ice is dumping freshwater into the oceans, thus causing the abnormal temperature swings as far south as Florida, and because YOU drive an SUV, Chipper Jones, who makes upwards of 16 million this year, can't stretch properly. So the next time you start the engine of your Land Rover....remember....You are hurting the Home Team. Just something to think about. But I digress... Hudson faces Miner in the "A" game Carlyle faces Harang in the "b" game. TV on FSN. Lineups to follow... Kibbitz... GO>>>>

Huddy looks sharp ...although I'm only tuning back in to the top of the 3rd.
NICE sinker.

Huddy did look pretty good -- it's amazing to me how little effort he looks to put forth to get his fastball up over 90mph. I know he's not a burner, but that smooth delivery could lull you to sleep.
Still, Hudson looks a little too much like Denny Neagle when he squints in at the Catcher.... Last edited by Nocahoma; 03-19-2007 at 04:03 PM. |
