Still no Cheeper, and we've never had any luck against Sheets.

My apologies to Horsie if he were going to post one, but first pitch is in 11 minutes, and I wanted to be sure to get a few shots in at that worthless first baseman before it started. Bob Horner's game was some time ago.

Saw Jojo pitch in Texas this past week--I hope he keeps up the good work. Ben Sheets does always seem to carve us up though so I'm not feeling entirely too optimistic. Still though, for some reason, we're only 4 games out of first in the division. Let's hope the boys keep the gravy train rollin.

Jo-Blo is back to his old self tonight. 2 1/3 innings, 4 runs (all earned), 6 hits (2 singles, 3 doubles, and a homer), 2 walks, 1 strikeout, 60-some-odd pitches, and the three runners on as he leaves the game with one out in the third are his responsibility.

Advice for people going to Myrtle beach Check with the hotel and see what kind of tv package they carry.No braves at the Best western in N MYRTLE BEACH.WILL BE STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE ON THE NEXT TRIP!

Boy, isn't that just the way it goes? When the starters pitch a great game, the pen blows it and when the starter gets hammered, the pen shuts the other team down the rest of the way. Great game by Sheets.
