DR3AMR will become famous soon enough

Man...the wife made me watch Juno. Missed all the excitement.

If we can just get that road record back to .500 or so, this team will be very tough. The Marlins are a house of cards and I'm not sure what the Mets are up to. But, the Phils are beatable. We can do this!

Unlike our pumpkins past, Blanco actually has some sort of track-record of success. I'm not promising he'll hit over .300 for the season, but I doubt he bats .400 for half the season, then drops to .250 in the span of a month (à la Willie Harris).

Alright, that was game 41. The season is now a quarter over, and Chip's numbers are still insane, despite his having walked to the dish 171 times now.

.423/.485/.705 and a .443 EqA.

On pace for 119 runs, 249 hits, 36 doubles, 43 homers, and 126 ribbies.

Also on pace to play in 150 games, with 589 ABs and 676 PAs. Which would be really nice.

You know, McCann's numbers are just about as impressive when you consider they're coming from a catcher.

.319/.385/.590 with a .351 EqA.

On pace for 79 runs, 182 hits, 62 doubles (!), 28 homers, and 99 ribbies.

Oh, and 154 games, 569 ABs, and 636 PAs. From a catcher.
