Krzyzewski's entire coaching strategy is built around doing a few things very well and playing with maximum aggressiveness and emotion. That works for young men who are away from home for the first time and can form a military-like unit. For a bunch of seasoned stars, it's completely worthless.
The game has passed Krzyzewski by in that the better teams can stop the few things he chooses to do well. He needs more tricks in his bag.
