Here's another list of potential UFL franchise locations-

UFL - United Football League

I'd guess pretty much the same except Portland and Havana. I'd go with the other 6 plus Salt Lake City and Orlando. I think they'd be best off avoiding big college towns - seems many college fans don't get too into pro ball.
