So since murders are rarer than rape murder is less important? That is interesting logic.
Its not a comparison issue. Making dogs kill each other bothers a lot of Americans so its illegal. The law enforcement agencies, who devote more resources to rape of course, still enforce the laws against dog fighting on occasion.
