Except he's missing one small distinguishing fact ... the woman in the Kerney-home rape case is able to speak for herself, and evidently exonerated Kerney from responsibility.
If one of Vick's dogs (dead or aliver) would just stand up and do the same on behalf of Mr. Vick, I'm sure reporters, and the public at large, would be more than willing to presume his innocence in the matter.
These airheaded attempts at playing the race-card when it's clearly not applicable to a situation that makes it harder to properly assess situations where race may very well have played an important factor.
