As reported on all the other post-Scout boards, longtime Leaf fan / Pink Floyd fan FloydianLeaf has passed away.

Apparently, he was exercising, as he's been doing a lot of for the past few months in an effort to bring down his body fat level, and he suddenly collapsed. He could not be revived. An autopsy is pending.

FloydianLeaf was also once known as Leaf_Fan_4_Ever, and has posted on all the various incarnations of the boards, all the way back to Hockeyboards, and even back to Canoe dot ca forums. That's where he and I first "met."

I've had a number of opportunities to meet Mike in person, but didn't take him up on the offers.

Now, I never will...

Mike leaves behind a wonderful wife and two kids. He was only 38.
