There is no reason to move the Islanders, there is no reason to move the Capitals (as was alluded in the post as well). There are grounds to move the Panthers (but I am a Lightning fan - I am biased)
The whole point of this thread was to REALIGN WITHOUT RELOCATION. Some people can't think of the league without putting teams in different cities, which is a sad fact.
