C'mon... you can't separate one from the other. Bettman and Campbell are one in the same. Without "Butthead," Campbell wouldn't be where he is.

Campbell: As mentioned, inconsistent officiating, and the instigator rule. If it was Tie Domi instead of Chris Pronger, everyone knows the suspension would have been months, not a game alone.

Butthead: Considered a change to a four-quarter game.

Equipped arenas with that stupid "lighted puck" for Fox Sports. Combined the cap with a TV deal on a network nobody can receive. Leads the push to send teams away from hockey fans to the desert, and empty arenas. Destroys age-old rivalries like Wings-vs-Leafs by scheduling entire seasons with one game together.... in PRESEASON.
